Zuzana Kudlik - Ayurvedic health coach, yoga instructor & holistic educator.

Like many people navigating the nuances of life, Zuzana found her way to Ayurveda, yoga, and wellbeing through lived experience. Or perhaps the holistic traditions found her.

She was raised in a loving, supportive family. But she learned about independence at an early age moving from Europe to Australia in her late twenties , adapting to new culture and language. Life shaped her through contrast: communism/democracy, homeland/migration, and belonging/starting afresh.

Prior to discovering holistic practice, Zuzana existed in high-performance, corporate and business environments. Externally, her life looked successful. Inwardly, she was disassociated.

Motherhood provided a turning point. She prepared for it with Qigong and meditation. But the reality of returning to work, raising children without close family support, and ‘holding it together’ took its toll. Despite feeling depleted and alone, she did what many strong women do - she kept going.

But her body kept the score.

Fast forward many years that included burnout, grief, relationship strain, and a serious illness that almost took her life, one thing became clear. She could no longer live disconnected from her body’s wisdom.

Yoga and meditation had been part of her life for decades. Qigong and Chinese Medicine had shaped her understanding of energy and vitality. But it was Ayurveda which gave her the language and structure to understand what she had lived through.

She learned that when we ignore rhythm, the body eventually demands our attention. When we override exhaustion, hormones shift. When relationships strain, the nervous system tightens. When we stop listening, imbalance grows.

Ayurveda did not provide her with a magic fix. It helped her recognise when she was out of harmony and taught her how to return.

Now this is the work Zuzana offers.

She believes that given the right environment - the body, mind and soul has an incredible capacity to reorganise and restore itself. Not through force. Not through perfection. But through rhythm, nourishment, awareness and honest self-responsibility.

Through lifestyle adjustments, daily practices, nervous system support, therapeutic treatments, emotional reflection, and relationship awareness, her intention is not to heal you but to reconnect you with your own wisdom.

“Zuzana honours the ancient wisdom of the Vedas, timeless teachings illuminating the path for all of humanity.  She express our gratitude to the keepers of this sacred wisdom who preserved these teachings through millennia so all people can access this universal knowledge of well-being.”

Ayurveda sets the foundation for how we are intended to live.

Yoga helps us understand who we are beyond our body.

MY APPROACH

“Healing begins the moment you recognise you are out of harmony, and allow yourself to find your way back.”

I believe the body already holds the intelligence it needs to heal. We do not need to tell it how to breathe, how to digest, or how to repair. These processes are happening constantly, quietly, in the background of your life.

What we do need, is to create the right climate.

Your body is always communicating with you through digestion, sleep, energy, skin, mood, and subtle shifts in how you feel day to day. These are not random. They are messages - signals to understand. Over time, when they are not heard, they tend to become louder.

My work is to help you slow down enough to hear them again.

Together, we create a personalised healing environment that supports your body to reorganise and restore balance in a way that is sustainable and real.

We may look into:

  • Lifestyle adjustments

  • Nourishment, diet, and herbal support

  • Nervous system and sleep regulation

  • Support through hormonal transitions

  • Mindful movement and body awareness

  • Emotional processing and reflection

  • Relationship integration — with yourself, your partner, your family, and your work

This is not about quick fixes or dependency, this is about radical self - responsibility, building awareness, self-trust, and the ability to regulate yourself through different stages of life.

And when you learn how to support your body, mind and spirit, rather than override it, something begins to shift - not just in your health, but in the way you live.
